Liz Garrett has been president of Coty’s Philosophy division for more than two years, but plans to leave in October. Coty acquired Philosophy in November 2010.

Prior, Garrett was in charge of the Coty Prestige business in the U.K., and Coty says her leadership turned it into one of its most successful businesses. Garrett has said she plans to return home to the U.K.

Coty announced its new management team. It will be led by Marc Rey, regional vice president, Coty Prestige, North America. Kathy Cullin is vice president of sales and education; Stephen Henderson, vice president of e-commerce; and Glenn Klages, senior vice president of supply chain.

Coty has also revealed that it will name a new senior vice president of marketing soon.
